1.Order Processing Time:

All non-customized orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays and weekends.

Customized orders will need a longer delivery time, around 10-25days, our customer team will inform you the production time before order.

In case of any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via the contact information provided during checkout.

3.Shipping Methods and Rates:

We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide by UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items typically take 5 to 18 business days to reach their destination.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (Processing time varies from the customized items and non-customized items.)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as war, weather conditions or carrier delays.

4.Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

5.Split Shipments:

If your order contains multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately to expedite the delivery process. In such cases, you will be provided with separate tracking information and details for each shipment.

6.Unreceived Items:

After placing an order successfully online, the tracking status shows it has been delivered while you haven’t received your order, you will need to contact the carrier to locate your package, as we have no control over the item once it is bagged (once it is under the carrier's control), but if the problem is not solved, please contact us at support@deyismarthome.com or call +86 13566548763.

7.Damaged or Lost Shipments:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
